Welcome to Patagonia Property Maintenance Pty Ltd (“we”, “our”, “us”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and the services we provide. By accessing our website or engaging with our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.
We offer residential and property maintenance services including (but not limited to) carpentry, tiling, painting, general repairs, and pool patchwork. Specific scopes, timeframes, and fees will be outlined in individual agreements or written confirmations prior to commencing any work.
All quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Payments are due as outlined on your invoice and may be subject to progress payments for larger jobs. Late or unpaid balances may incur additional charges or pause services.
Clients must provide safe and reasonable access to the worksite. If a site is deemed unsafe, work may be rescheduled or postponed until suitable conditions are met.
We kindly ask for a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for job cancellations or rescheduling. Last-minute cancellations may incur a fee to cover time lost and travel expenses.
We take great pride in delivering high-quality workmanship, but to the extent permitted by law, we shall not be held liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of our website or services.
All logos, content, photos, and brand elements displayed on our website remain the intellectual property of Patagonia Property Maintenance Pty Ltd and may not be reproduced or distributed without our written permission.
